🏗️ Professional Profile
I architect large-scale systems where the hardest problems are rarely purely technical. My focus is the fit between a system and the people and organisations that build and depend on it — because that fit, more than any single technology choice, decides whether the system succeeds.
This perspective is earned. My IT career spans more than two decades: eight years across nearly every operational discipline, then fifteen in development, the last ten specialising in integration and large-scale systems. I have seen the stack from operations to enterprise architecture.
I treat team structure, system boundaries, and delivery flow as a single design problem. Conway’s Law is a working constraint, not a curiosity: align the organisation with the architecture, and sound design becomes software that actually ships.
